Camp Tahosa Planning and Inspection Meeting

645-700: SPL and other leaders arrive early, if possible, to set up for meeting
700-705: Scouts/leaders turn in missing health forms and youth protection certificates (adults only) into the form box.
705-730: Scouts arrive. Gear inspection. Checklist signed off as complete or actions given to scouts to obtain missing items. Parents… please have your scout go through the checklist BEFORE this meeting. Scouts will also fill out and attach Southwest baggage tags.
730-800: Quartermaster signs out troop gear to scouts. Scouts add troop gear to bags, and have bags weighed in. Rebalance bag weights as needed to meet 50lb max.
800-830: Scout planning meetings (discussion of merit badge plans, desired activities, leadership roles, duty rosters, other issues specific to each of the two programs)
