From Friday September 20th to Sunday September 22nd, Troop 4 will be camping at Nickerson State Park located in Brewster, MA on Cape Cod.

We will meet at the parish center at 4:00 PM on Friday, September 20th for a 4:30 PM departure. We will return for pick up at the parish center by 10:30 AM on Sunday, September 22nd.

Nickerson State Park offers 1,900 acres of wooded trails and ponds to explore. We will bring our bicycles and, on Saturday, will ride along the 22-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail, a paved trail through 6 Cape Cod towns.

All scouts should bring a bag lunch for Friday night.

We will be cooking as a Troop. There is a $10 fee per person to attend. This will help defray the cost of the food and the campsite.

If you will be attending, please complete a permission slip (located on the Troop’s website) and place it in the Scribe Box no later than the September 12th Troop meeting. If you are unable to attend, please RSVP (with regrets) by September 12th to Mr. Weber at brian_p_weber@comcast.net. This will help me coordinate the proper number of drivers.
