Sleeping bag recommendation

If you are planning on getting a new sleeping bag, consider one that is on the lighter side, temp rated in the 20-30° range, and the type that you “stuff” in a sack, rather than roll. Such a bag would work well for a longer trip (especially the four-day alpine adventure), and for the terrain/climate we’re heading to. Several stores offer these kinds of bags (e.g., Campmor.com, Coleman Store in Wrentham, etc…) in the $50-$100 range. Stores like REI can also provide expert advice, and higher end products… but will cost a bit more.
